Bookings and prices
The price shown when you book comes from our current price list. Small, clear jobs get a fixed price. Larger or unclear jobs show a range, and we confirm the final price before you pay. Nothing is charged until you pay the payment link we send.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation until 24 hours before your visit.
- Part refund until 6 hours before. No refund after that.
What we share, and with whom
- Your phone number, address and notes go to your specialist only after they accept your job.
- Photos you add are seen only by our team and your assigned specialist.
- Specialists leave private feedback about each visit. Our team uses it for safety and quality. You won't see it.
- We keep photos and addresses only as long as needed for your bookings, then delete them.
